InnoFume 2.0 is an improved wetter/fume suppressant. It is used in Hard chrome plating baths to reduce the surface tension.

What are the reasons for choosing InnoFume in an application??
1. You use less. Usually, 5-10x less. So, innoFume 2.0 is very cost
effective. And leave less residue.
2. InnoFume 2.0 has unparalleled wetting power. Surface tensions as low as 16 dyn/cm are not uncommon -- and not possible with silicone or hydrocarbon
surfactants.
3. InnoFume 2.0 is able to function in harsh chemical and thermal environments. Acids, oxidizing agents, strong alkali
4. InnoFume functions in solvent systems. Ordinary surfactants are not surface-active in organic solvents.

InnoFume 2.0 is easily adaptable to your existing line even if you are currently using another product to control the fume discharge. Maintenance is also a simple process. InnoFume 2.0 has additional advantages in that the foam blanket usually seen with these products is in excess of six inches. The foam blanket with InnoFume 2.0 is minimal. The blanket is, in some cases, completely eliminated. However, in all cases the blanket is to low to measure the amount of InnoFume 2.0 based on its height.

The maintenance will need to be done via analysis. The analysis can be done by you in your plant with a simple measurement device.
